op Flight’s state-of-the-art facility is an incredible 20,000 square feet equipped with both recreational and regulation Olympic style gymnastics apparatus and a Martial Arts studio. This awesome gym also boasts 6 in-ground trampolines, 6 solid foam and 3 loose foam training pits, a power tumbling fiberglass gymnastics rod floor, three 4′ spring tumbling areas, as well as numerous training aids (e.g., incline mats, tumbling barrels, skills cushions, mini trampolines, etc.) plus more bars, beams and mats than you will find anywhere else in Northern Kentucky. In addition to this, preschoolers enjoy the use of special gym areas and equipment.
