Our current staff includes eleven teachers, most of whom teach almost exclusively in-home lessons, traveling throughout the Park Cities, Richardson, Plano and the surrounding areas. At TSM, we use an eclectic approach to teaching piano. Through the utilization of various standard methods, we emphasize to our students the importance of the ability to read music. Our curriculum includes a well-rounded mix of various styles, such as classical, pop, jazz, sacred, etc., as well as technique, theory, and sight-reading. Our teachers seek to tailor their approach to fit each individual student’s needs and desires while establishing a solid musical foundation.
