Technique Gymnastics

Technique is where kids (walking age to 18 years old) build athletic skills and confidence while enthusiastic staff encourages self-esteem and skill development. Our programs allow young athletes of all skill levels to participate in gymnastics, tumbling, Ninja Gym, kids’ fitness programs and a variety of other exciting activities. Technique additionally hosts both girls’ and boys’ USA competitive gymnastics and also T&T teams for those athletes wanting to compete.
