Our goal is to use athletic development and/or the recruiting process as a catalyst to build personal awareness in the rowers and coxswains we work with – thereby building them and the rowing community simultaneously. The American rowing community is fragmented in terms of knowledge and resources, and we work to develop it. We invest in our students – from lives dedicated to the sport – to create success for them, the rowing community, and ourselves.
