Our high-energy dance classes and inspiring health coaching programs change conventional perceptions about health and exercise to make it dynamic & fun! A misfit goes against the grain, thinks differently and doesn’t adjust to the norm. That way of thinking drives our choice of which programs to offer for both Mizfit Dance and Mizfit Wellness. Our goal at Mizfit is to bring our clients the most innovative, trendy & effective fitness concepts and ultimately ignite body positivity, high self-esteem, and a newfound joy for life in all of our clients.
