At Champion Gymnastics, we promote the sport of gymnastics and all its disciplines by offering high quality instruction and equipment in all our classes. Our winning track record speaks for itself, but our top priority is the treatment of our gymnasts. We train and encourage them to do well, while at the same time ensuring they are having fun. All our classes include: Stretching Strength conditioning Vault Uneven bars Beam Floor Trampoline Our classes are open to boys and girls from ages 18 months to 18 years. In addition to learning gymnastics, we focus on building self-esteem, goal setting, trying new things, overcoming fears and working hard.
