Iowa Gym-Nest

About

Established in 1973 as a gymnastics school, Iowa Gym-Nest has become a full service sports facility for Gymnastics, Taekwon-Do, C.O.R.S.E. Fitness, C.O.R.S.E. Spectrum, Sports & Adventure Camps, Youth Fitness, Homeschool Fitness and Play Groups. We also offer many drop-in programs, No School Day Camps, and fantastic Birthday Parties! Our gymnastics programs begin with children 12 months of age and include programs for all ability levels, from those with special needs to those with exceptional ability.
