Diamond Baseball / Softball Academy is dedicated to teaching your son, or daughter, the game of baseball, or softball, the right way. We pride ourselves in bringing out the best in each player individually, and the team as a whole! We will improve baseball and softball on Long Island, and do it with a positive, fun and educational environment. Our goal is to put the best teams out on the field combined with the best grades in the classroom. Teams will range from instructional, that focuses on development to competitive, that focuses on success, not just winning. We keep all stats, and have seasonal evaluations with players to discuss with them what they need to do to continue progressing. This will cover what improvements have been made, and also what needs continual work. Teams will train, and practice at our very own indoor facility and our outdoor home fields. We have our own 15 passenger team vans to transport our teams to away tournaments, and help out if parents can't make a trip. At the showcase level this enables us to do all the important weekday tournaments, such as the competitive week long Diamond Nation Tournament in New Jersey. At the 13-16u levels these trips teach the boys to be responsible, and follow a schedule on their own. The boys absolutely love these trips, and its a great bonding experience that helps them grow not only just as a team, but as young men as well. Younger boys, 13u and under, will play in dome tournaments throughout the winter. At the Varsity age level we will showcase our boys talents and do everything possible to help get these boys into a college baseball program!
