Artistic Gymnastics strives to motivate and teach children to enjoy the benefits of exercise. All of our classes are designed to build flexibility, strength, and self-confidence. During a structured class gymnasts are taught proper stretching, strength building, gymnastics skills, and focus all in a positive atmosphere. This experience has the potential of building a life-long love and appreciation for fitness and exercise. We provide a wide variety of teaching apparatus in one of the largest and best equipped gymnastics facilities in the Triangle.
