I gently guide people of all ages and fitness levels through various forms of yoga and meditation, fully believing that if one can breathe, one can practice and experience the benefits of both. Group classes offered at Aja Yoga Flow are for those students who enjoy sharing a 'class' experience but desire a more informal, cozy environment. Class sizes are small and each is followed with an opportunity to sit, chat, share a light bite and a cup of tea if desired.
